Issue after upgrading driver

Hi all,

I upgraded my Epson printer driver to the newest available for my 4000 printer.

After doing so and repairing the permissions (I am on a Mac), I found out that the printer's  "Utility" icon is grayed out.

Thinking that maybe the new driver needed the newest Printer Service Utility I installed that one, but to no avail.

Any suggestions ?

PS: I have a backup of my system, but before doing a restore - which will take hours - I hope anyone have an easier solutions for me to try .....

No idea but before restoring your system yu might want to delete your printer and reset the printing system. Then re-add you printer.
