Photo Black "Cheap" Rag Paper Recommendation

Need some help with a paper recommendation...

Output: blank notecards.

Requirements: photo black ink; rag or alpha cellulose based required; cost about 1.60 (US) per A3 sheet; grammage around 250.

Don't care about brand; able to make own profiles.

Hey Eric

The problem I See Is Rag Stock Majority ( All except a few) Use matte Black ink That are inexpensive.

The PK Ink Ones Like Hahnemuhle Photo rag Baryta, Photo rag Pearl Crane Silver Rag are not inexpensive..

Alpha Cell Sheets are Less expensive.. I Know I Have a Special on 17x22 Innova PK Ones going on thats the best price around bar none However you would have to cut them to size..
