Some sellers will strip everything that usually "comes in the box."  If you want the body cap, warrenty, strap, battery charger, etc., they are extra.  Add it all up, and you get more like the B&H price.  If the price looks too good to be true, it might be.

I am thinking of buying the canon 1 ds mark II from Digital Liquidators, they are listing the body for about $6700. Are they reputable? Has anyone had a good/bad experience with them?

Yeah, even 1ds (after a couple years of being out) only got that low after the release of 1dsMKII.  $6700 was a pretty good ebay used price before 1ds2.  Not a likely figure for 1dsMKII for at least another year or so.
