Sedona in October

I'm heading to Sedona for the first time this weekend. Any thoughts on good locations for sunset and sunrise?
Thanks!

Schnebly Hill Rd at later in the day should be a good bet.  Jim

I have been to Sedona many times. One little fun thing to remember is to check with the local Sedona airport. I believe on Thursday evenings it is all you can eat crab legs... these are really killer crab legs flown in. Give yourself about 3 hours of slow eating and laughing with friends. Double check with them and make certain they are still doing it. It is well worth the price.

Go take a look at some of my Arizona photos under ART then under Arizona. You will see a number of Sedona photos there. I like to rent a small CJ5 jeep and follow the trails myself.
