I hope this is the right forum...?

I shot all of these sequences this summer in California on my Canon 350D DSLR, mainly on the EF-S 10-22 and EF 24 L.

Really spectacular and I love the music for the first one where you have the combination of different shots. Who is the group?

Well worth the wait for downloading. Most impressive.

What kit did you use to rotate camera to keep a static starfield?

Beautiful!

How did you do the following of the stars? Mount it on a gyrating telescope, that balances earth rotation?

And for the time lapses: did you use a remote?

Thanks, guys!

I use the Mumford stepper-motor panning head for the motion shots:

What's great about that system is that is moves the camera BETWEEN exposures, which is vital for night shooting.

For the static shots, I just use a TC80N3 intervalometer.
