Heads Up on Rollei and other equipment

This is just a heads up on a Rollei 6008 kit, including lenses that will fit the Sinar Hy6, as well as a whole lot of other interesting equipment. They belonged to Ted Harris, a photographer and writer who passed away a few months ago. He was a moderator of the Large Format Forum, and was an acknowledged expert on high end scanning. The Rollei equipment was bought a few weeks before he died, and some items in the kit arrived after his death, so everything is new or almost new.

Ted's widow Amy Rafferty is selling this, and people who have bought from her will vouch for her honesty. She isn't a photographer herself, so she may not be able to describe everything in detail, but she answers all questions promptly, and does go the extra mile.

I have not bought anything from her, nor do I have any personal interest in their sale. I am posting this only as a way of expressing my gratitude for having learned so much from Ted's posts.

Ted was a fine and upstanding member of the photography community and he is dearly missed.

I will also vouch for his widow Amy as a reputable person and a trustworthy seller. She has sold roughly 2/3 of the photography related items from Ted's estate and the feedback from all the buyers has been nothing but positive.
