Canon 1Ds Mklll
« on: October 05, 2008, 10:48:49 pm »

I purchased the camera in April and I used it on two trips. It's been sitting on the shelf since then (too heavy to lug around at weddings). It has been treated with kid gloves and is in mint condition. I don't have an exact shutter actuation count, but the latest file number is 7882. (If anyone knows of a good actuation counter for Macs, please let me know.)

It comes with the box and all included accessories, original receipt and blank warranty card, plus an extra battery and an extra focusing screen (split focus).

Images are at http://colorsing.smugmug.com/gallery/60669...380426989_UpKky

I'm selling it for $6000.00, Paypal included; we'll split shipping costs. Conus only.

Thanks for looking!

Not in the market for your camera, but if you're looking for a free piece of software for Mac to check shutter counts, google "EXIF Viewer"
Follow the install directions, and once it's open, you can take any straight-out-of-camera jpg (but not raw) and get complete EXIF, including shutter count.

Keep in mind that only 1-series cameras record shutter counts in their EXIF, the 5D and everything below it do not record that data.

Good luck with the sale!
