HELP Unable to find installed update Lightroom 2.1

Hullo

Have a Mac 10.5.4.

Just downloaded Update 2.1. - said it was successfully installed.

However I am unable to find it.  Looked in my applications folder only Lightroom 2.

On my desk top only disk installer (RetailEFG) whatever that means - but no Lightroom 2.1. icon.

Be grateful if somebody could assist.

You need to install it! Use the RetailEFG, it will install LR version 2.1RC.
