Problem with Epson 4880 Quality Control module

I guess my 4800 puts out less heat than a 4880.  Neither of my two have deigned to do this.  They probably know what's good for them, too.  : )

It looks to me like the device the U.S. Treasury must use to insert those little colored threads into the paper that U.S. currency is printed on. I wonder if they use a 4880.
