thanks foto-z .

i am excited that they have been able to adapt the v-mount and that sinar agreed to open the arctec for other backs. also it wasnt clear if this can be done technically.
i am a big friend abd defender of "open" systems .... thats a huge step in this direction.

Did they? That's a great information! Unfortunately... somewhat late for me personally. The arTec definitely would have been a camera to put on my bill. But when I read that Contax mount is not supported I forgot about the arTec. Now I've ordered something different. Hmh...

Rainer

Nice cover - is this done with tha famous 28mmHR ?

The citypano images in the ArkTek brochure looks like the beautiful panos on your website perhaps shot with the Gottschalk camera. ;-)

Will the ArcTec be open for your Contax mount or did you make a swift to Hasselblad V

i personally use the HY mount and switch mounts for the contax. i love the option to rotate the back.

The top middle part of the building seems to have an interesting out of focus look, since the 28 HR is perfect, perhaps you did this with the ArTec tilt to get this effect ?

The brochure suggests there will soon be a Rodenstock VHR 23mm/5.6 lens. If I'm not mistaken, the Sinar Sinaron lenses are just repackaged Rodenstock lenses.

Also, the fact that there will be a Hassy V interface is great news - the arTec won't be a closed system.

Errr does any one use a V system now ?

Surely H1, M645, Contax would be the order to produce stuff

especially when H1 orphans (like me)  are surely your number on target to bring into the Hy6/tec club

Hi Thierry,

I see that there is a WinXP Firmware Updater for the Hy6. Is it the harbinger of the PC version of eXposure??

Cheers,
Kumar

hi Kumar,

A Windows version of eXposure 6.1 should be released at Photokina as well (Windows Vista and XP).

Best regards,
Thierry

This is what we can say currently, Hy6 mount, AFi mount, Hasselblad V system (1st Q 2009).

Further adaptions will be discussed in due time.
