Lacie monitor, monaco calibratred, photoshop manages colours, relative colormetric, black point compensation, manufacturer's profile.
When printing I get what I see on the monitor after colour correction, exposure and or contrast changes. However if I make a change using selective colour in CS3 what I get for a print in no way resembles what I see.
If, for instance, I take out 5 yellow, the result is very vivid greens and saturated browns regardless of the paper and the corresponding profile. If saved for web display this colour shift is not evident.
I'm at a loss to explain why this shift only seems to happen using the selective colour tool.
