Adobe vs. DPP colours
« on: August 31, 2008, 09:36:14 am »

The colours of a raw image rendered on-screen by DPP seem to me more pleasing than those rendered by Lightroom (1.4) or Photoshop (CS3). I have not tried printing from each to see if this difference extends to the printed image.

Has anyone out there found a way to replicate the DPP on-screen colours into the Adobe products?

I use a Mac 23 inch Cinema Display and calibrate with a Spyder Pro II.

It's not only about profiles, but also about how a software processes colors.

There are some very interesting comments on this thread>
