I'm hoping someone had a similar problem, and knows the fix.
I recently downloaded CS3. I previously owned CS2, and had PKS (photokit sharpener) installed, and it worked fine. When I downloaded PKS into CS3, opened CS3, went to Automate, I found the PKS program. However, when I am asked to "activate" the program, it won't. A correct serial number is registered.
Do I need to uninstall PKS from CS2 first? I have emailed Pixel Genius, and am still awaiting a response.
