I haven't had that kind of problem, so I'm not sure what to try. Here are a couple of possibilities:
First, try single test prints using different "curves" from the ones provided. There isn't a curve specifically for Ilford Gold Fibre Silk, so you need to try other curves. Be sure to stay with ones that mention "pk" as part of the name, so they are using the PK (Photo Black) ink. Be sure you have the PK ink installed in the printer, and have "Photo Paper" selected under "Media Type".
If you try, for example, "UCpk-MCeramicLuster-cool" alone, it should give a cool, or bluish print, while "UCpk-MCeramicLuster-warm should give a warm or reddish print. If that is the case, you can set one of those as "curve 1" and the other as "curve 2", and adjust the sliders for "Highlights", "Midtones", and "Shadows" to mix the two curves. I would start with all three set to 50 for each, and then slide them up and down a bit on additional prints until you get a print that looks neutral.
If that doesn't work, try posting some questions on the [a href=\"http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/QuadtoneRIP/]Yahoo QTR group here[/url] .
I hope this helps.
