Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS3 wont work

I have just installed LR2, and everything semed to be fine until I should open an image for editing in PSCS3. PSCS3 starts, but instead of opening the image I get the dialog box "Open as"

I run Windows Vista Professional SP1

Suggestions?
