Canon 50mm 1.0
« on: July 16, 2008, 12:26:00 am »

Looking for mint copy, not as concerned about date code since most are all manufactured to the same specs.

Budget is flexible.

I know this is a rare find, so this is a long shot, but if you have one, or know someone feel free to PM or email me.

Thanks...

I'd really recommend the 1.2 of 1.4 for a fraction of the price.  The 1.0 is gorgeous, but a bit silly, really.  99% of people won't notice the difference between it and the 1.2.(plus the 1.2 is generally sharper)

It's actually not all it's cracked up to be - mostly hype, really.  The 1.4 plainly works better at most things other than the extreme lowest lighting.

Same testing methods on the 1.2:

Is there a specific reason you want/need the 1.0?
