Have some bad expericences with some bad companies and bad customer service (Chase Payment Tech). Wondering who is really happy with their credit card company. thanks! Please send info/url. thanks.

I don't know that there are any good credit card companies. They are all equally poor as far as I'm concerned. With customer service I think it depends on the particular employee that picks up on the other end not the company. The companies themselves all have the same "Profit at any cost - screw the customer" mentality.

Every one I've ever dealt with also locked me into long contracts right up front. By the time you discover some particularly annoying aspect of their service, you're stuck with it for another year or two.
