My P30 died or is dying...

Great news. I know I get a lot of hand holding from CI and Phase and if I need something they are on top of it extremely fast. Great support is one reason I went with Phase and the folks at CI. Service like this and support makes the purchase just such a value in the end.

Great to hear you are back in business on a very timely basis and they also repaired and updated the back to spec.

Day three with my Fixed P30 and I am loving it...:+}

Can some one add what they do in order to adjust the focus?
That was a total surprise to me when I got the invoice back..
I good surprise as I always felt the focus was off on my RZ and 645...
I thought you had to calibrate the back with the camera?
Do you think they check it out with a camera of theirs and then adjusted it some how?
Do they adjust the plane of the sensor?
Thanks for any information,
Again totally thrilled with the service of Phase...
Thanks again Phase One...:+}
