Welcome to Hong Kong, where you can buy everything, except that which you really need.
I have contacted the Ilford importer directly about Gold Fibre Silk. "No plan to bring it in, or any other Gallerie paper. There is no demand." This from a country with probably the highest per capita of Pro/Prosumer DSLR on the planet. It seems that very few photographers in HK ever actually print anything. I travel a lot for work, so I buy what I can in Japan or Australia and carry it back.
To help you out a bit, you can get some Hahnemuhle papers in HK. I have seen them in 298, WCC and Golden. Most common is the rebadged Canon "Photo Rag".
Specifically, Mr Computer in 298 as previously mentioned. Hard to see any names on the stalls in 298, but he's the one with all the printers. You'll probably be able to see a box of Photo Rag on the wall as well.
You can get Harman Gloss and Matte at Photo Scientific in Stanley St, but no Semi Gloss, once again, "no demand".
Epson Premium Semigloss Photo Paper is available at 298/WCC/Golden, in sizes up to A2. This is actually cheaper in HK than many other places, $400HKD for 25 sheets of A2.
Frustrating, isn't it.
