Using frame presets in LR
« on: July 06, 2008, 01:01:51 pm »

http://pbjdesigns.blogsome.com/
It’s sized for 8x8 squares at 300dpi. Ok did hard part and downloaded and put in LR .Has to be PNG to have transparency.
Scott Kelby has on here and explains how to adjust this one .

http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/li...orders_02.html

http://www.kelbytraining.com/books/l...oto/index.html download chapter 8 to get his frame .

Question, even if I crop to 1x1 , custom or other size in LR crop tool when you put paper size in to print I can not get the pre set frame to fit.
Hope I expained this clear enough .I just do not get how to do the ratio right I guess.
Any suggestions ? Maybe some will want to play with the frames and tell me how to do it
Thanks
Don

Hi Don:

Go here: http://camerasview.com/

And scroll down to the 'Archives' on the left hand side, and go down those until you get to 'Lightroom Presets'.  There's a selection of frames there for Lightroom, as well as some information on working with the frames...

Mike I appreciate your response .
I did not check keep square . That does keep it uniform . Kinda neat right ?
The one Scott has I can get almost right but I guess it was more to play with .
The site you gave has specific dimensions so I will try them later .
Thanks
