WWW.framingsupplies.com has great prices and handles small or large orders.

Just to add my FWIW about framedestination.com... When I can't cut them myself, I've been ordering custom-cut mats from them for about three years, and their work has always been absolutely precise, clean and quick. Their packaging is so "robust," I have never received anything even hinting at less then perfect. (I have no financial interest in this company, but it's so rare to find a company nowadays that actually does what they advertise, I want to encourage their continued existence.)

I've ordered my own matcutter (Logan Graphics "Framers Edge" which works great.

I've ordered my mat boards and foamboard from "Cheap Joes";

www.cheapjoes.com

I've ordered bags for holding the matted art from Clearbags

www.clearbags.com

Have fun!

Try these guys:

What he said.
The folks at Lumiere are very pleasant and always willing to answer questions. Their website is also not half bad, and they offer a bunch of other services.

booksmartstudio:

This product seems interesting, but the page's center part remains blank after loading. Running IE6.
