Nikon Capture NX2

The new NX2 is available:

And (at last!) it works pretty fast! It even has some simple form of "Healing brush". I also like the fact, that it's double monitor friendly, and that it renders the image to any RGB color space I like.

Seems like D3x is coming...

That was my first thought as well. :-)

I guess that I'll give it a more serious try this time (I have a license of 1.3 but hardly ever use it), but I am in love with the quality of the conversions of C1 4.1...

I'm also not planning to abandon my beloved ACR, but apart from that - this time it's really an interesting product. Here's a sample of NX2 in action:
