Z3100 or PS CS2 error message?

Just got a new z3100, works great. Every now and then I get an error message" Cannot print file because of a program problem" . This is a app. 100MB file in CS2 on a Mac OSX 10.5. Switch to PS Elements 4 and it prints fine. Any ideas? Peter

That appeared every time I had the Pro Print plug in in the driver Photoshop plug in folder, conflicting with an earlier version , or when the image was too big at 300 DPI. Since I had the later updates though other than the image being too large (something like 2.5m) the latest plug-ins fixed the problem.
