View panel disappeared

I can't figure this one out. The panel at the bottom of Lightroom that allows the selection  of Grid, Loupe, Compare and Survey views has disappeared. I have checked in the view and panel options etc. but cannot find how to bring it back.

I'm sure it is dead simple but can someone help.

The keyboard shortcut is the letter "T" when in library mode. Also in the view dropdown menu it is called the toolbar.
