Großglockner (highest moutain in Austria)
« on: April 21, 2008, 07:15:51 am »

I updated my gallery with a seperate lytebox entrance and new pictures. This one I stiched from 5 images

Here you can look my images with lytebox ( flash entrance) http://photoartkalmar.com/
Unfortunately there are some issues with lytebox in combination with IE and images taken with analogue cameras but anyhow, I think that lytebox really looks good

You should try Slimbox instead, it just uses javascript with the mootools framework, no issues with IE.

I use it on my site.

When this picture is taken? There's not much snow on Grosglockner as I expect to be at this time of year..

Summer.  I was there in July 2007 and the conditions look very similar.

Our worst enemy is banding in the clear sky. It causes me countless hours of post processing. Now I have a stockpile of skies and sometimed replace the original sky of the pano with a fitting one without the banding, or employ some other way of cheating to overcome it.
