Elements to CS3 Upgrade
« on: April 15, 2008, 12:46:56 pm »

I have been using Photoshop Elements (together with Lightroom) for awhile, and have decided to make to jump to Photoshop CS3.

Does anyone have suggestions for books, tutorials, etc that will help me make the transition and take full advantage of CS3?

Thanks.

I would have thought to get it, and see when and where your current knowledge runs out and then buy whatever book you need to fill the gap. The basic principles are the same, just the range of features are different.

Hope this helps

If you have not already done so, get Real World Camera Raw and read it carefully.  The video is now available for download on this site.  After that, it's a matter of where your questions may lay.

When you register CS3 you will probably get offered a one month's free subscription to Lynda.com. It's a very good start. Cheers, David
