IPF5000 full width printing

hi,

 i am printing onto an inkjet wallpaper material on a IPF5000. my problem is that it is printing with borders along the length. i have tried in the plug in to reduce the borders but it is still there, any tips or suggestions are appreciated.

If you are printing from sheets the "Manual 3mm" option will minimize the margins and if you are printing from rolls the "borderless" option will eliminate them.
