I found an old post by Eleanor Brown about infrared with the P45 and P45+ backs. She noted that by using an R72 filter she obtained excellent IR photos, but did not achieve such with the P45+. I just obtained a P45 and would like to be able to do IR if it doesn't mean removing the blocking filter. Phase will also upgrade it to a P45+ very reasonably. My only hesitation is based on the post about much poor IR photos using the R72 filter.
I'd like to know other's experience using the P backs with an infrared filter.
