Epson 4800 for sale
« on: March 16, 2008, 01:15:35 am »

There are 2 days and some hours remaining for the auction of my Epson 4800 on eBay, which you can search by inserting item number 230231356589 . This will be of interest to people who can either collect the machine from my place in Toronto, or have it collected. The printer is in excellent working condition and the reserve price represents excellent value for what is being provided.

Hi Bruce,

I acquired an Epson 3800 about six months ago. So I've been maintaining both printers, using the 4800 for matte and the 3800 for non-matte. With the new baryta papers I'll be doing less on matte in the future so it's reaonable to sell one of them. In a way, I've been hesitant to part with the 4800 because it makes stunning prints, but not using the roll feed it's just become a bit more than I wish to maintain. As you may have seen on the listing this machine comes with about 2000 ml of K3 inks, so any one who at least meets the reserve price and buys it will be in business making prints on the cheap for quite a while!

I've seen Marks 4800 (and 3800) and can attest to the care with which he treats these printers.
