With this adapter Mamiya M645 lenses can be mounted on a Canon EF body.  Works like a charm (used it with a Mamiya 200 F2.8 APO on a 1Ds2 and 5D).  The adapter was used very little and still looks like new.  $60 Shipped and Paypal'd within the US.
