Question about calibrating my Dell 2408
« on: February 28, 2008, 03:49:02 pm »

Hello, I just got my first LCD for digital imaging. I got a Dell 2408. I am trying to calibrate it with my MonacoOPTIX XR. While setting the white point, I measured a difference of 600K from one side of the monitor to the other. That is, without changing the monitor settings, the puck on the left side of the screen measures about 5990K, but on the right side it measures about 6550K. Is this normal for an LCD? Thanks, Osman.
