CS3 Print with Preview menu item gone

Dont know what I did but I can no longer select print with preview.  It is no longer visable as a selection.  Any ideas?

CS3 Print with Preview menu item gone

Photoshop CS3 never had print with preview, it was dropped after CS2. The CS3 print dialog box now contains the preview print.
