Different sRGB output

I  normally batch my raw-files to jpegs via the Image Processor in Bridge, checking the convert to sRGB box.

Lately I'm getting very redish skin tones by doing this. So I unchecked the sRGB option an converted the files afterwards in PS CS3 via edit - convert to profile. The results looked better.

Any idea why there is this differece and how to get back to normal again?
