Any suggestions on how to disable this notification (attached image) that a keeps appearing every 10 minutes.

I have the identical problem. It began after I had to delete and then add the z3110 (at HP support directions) when the printer suddenly ceased to be visible to the computer (same operating system as you're running).
I've tried deleting the Z in Printer Setup and re-adding it, and also deleting and re-adding it in HP Printer Utility, all to no avail.
