Mac OS 10.411 Z3100 GP PS
When using the HP APS to profile a paper I get a successful calibration and then when I go to the next screen for profiling I get the following error message : "Could not retrieve media info from the printer, please re-load the media and start the process again". Reloading the paper has no effect, still returns the same error.
Using the HP Utility to calibrate and profile works fine.
Any ideas?
