Help!
The problem is: when I print 24” roll from the epson 9880 borderless I end up with a 1/8” white line on the left side and in the right side I end up with -1/8” of the print. The size of the print is 24 by whatever and a .25 is added as Epson recommends for sizing images for borderless printing on roll paper. I us Windows driver and Photoshop for printing.
This is the way I am printing borderless: in Paper Setup/paper size-24x10/Sours-Roll Paper (Borderless)/Orientation-Landscape. First widow of Print live it as it is. Second Window of print do the preferences/ Paper Settings/Source-Paper Roll. Sise-24x10. Borderless check/ expansion-retain size.
