Leopard an C1 Pro Corrupt processed file
« on: February 04, 2008, 02:34:48 pm »

Ive been slowly testing C1 pro on my new Leopard machines and I've come across a serious bug.  When Processing files some images have black horizontal blocks through them (see attached image)  Its seems totally random and happens on both a 2.6 MBP and a 2.8 MP.  It also happens on two sets of P45+ files.  The Raws are fine, and If I process the same folder twice different images will be bad.  Also, if I have more than one Destination say a jpeg and a Tiff they will have the bars in the same place.  Baffling. Tried 3.7.7 and 3.7.8  Anyone else having a similar problem?[attachment=5002:attachment]

Hey Jeff,

I've seen this before. I think you just have a corrupt file in your software. I would dump your cache and preference files to start with. Also I would like to take a look at a RAW file if you have one you don't mind sending to me  (You can email me direct for FTP instructions).

Thanks,

Yesterday in studio I got several shots with C-1 3.7.8 DB that had Thin Black lines running through the images...
P30 with RZIID shooting tethered.

IS it the Process picture that comes out with the Black lines?
I have had it happen when shooting tethered.
Why is it hurting your process time?
Please explain further?
Thanks
