Can I filter by lens?
« on: January 21, 2008, 12:45:13 am »

I'd like to filter photos by the lens used.  Is there any way to do this?

Alternatively, is there any way to construct a keyword automatically from the lens name?  Then I could filter on the keyword.

Thanks.

Provided the metadata exists, lightroom should have already setup this "filter" for you - in the Library, on the left hand panel, scroll all the way down, and expand out the metadata until you find the lens you're looking for, then just click on that lens - you should now be seeing only photos taken with that lens.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.  That is exactly what I needed.
