Simple and elegant. The Flash is kept functional rather than terribly intrusive (I dislike most sites that use Flash).

I would like to see an unobtrusive but easy-to-find link back to your home page on the gallery page.

Very nice. Looks good on Safari 3 (Mac, Leopard).

One point: it would be nice if you could pre-load the full-size images, as SimpleViewer seems to. There'd be less waiting for each one load.
