I submitted my problem to the HP support team.
Today I had one of their agents on the phone.
Although I had sent a detailed description of my problem, the chap did not know anything about my case. Apparently they do not read the files.
Unfortunately he was unable to offer me any solution. He was a little bit surprised to hear my problem, because "Leopard has been around for only a couple of weeks now", as he said.
The only information was
- the HP software is not ready for Leopard
- check the HP website frequently for updates
Kind of frustrating.
With this "information" I feel, that trying with a new account does not look very promising.
