C-1Pro,Jagged Previews?? Why
« on: January 04, 2008, 04:05:54 pm »

Hello all..:+]
Not sure what forum to post this in so I'll try here and hope not upset anybody..:+}
When shooting tethered to C-1 3.7.7 with the P30, The Preview is always jagged.. It comes in and then the big jags go, but there is jaggies where ever there is something shiny and they usually have like a rainbow or color effect to them..
If I look at the preview in the Focus Window it is fine.
Some one told me this is normal with Backs and C-1..
I never saw this ever on my Canons shooting tethered.. actually never saw this happen.
Is this normal and if so what a pain it is..
You can never really tell how the pictures is..
It is kind of like the LCD on the Phase back as well, apart from being small, this image is kind of jagged..
Hope that makes sense and is there some thing I can do to get rid of it, or is this the way it is..?
Thanks for any help or heads up..:+]

C1's image preview sucks...  Generally I like C1 (Pro, LE & Ver 4), but their preview simply stinks.  As you said, either viewing at 100% or using the zoom utility in 3.7.7 Pro is the only to see what you really got.
