I plan to shoot just medium format for the next year or two (Mamiya AFDII/P25), so the all Canon related equipment is up for auction ---

Canon 1Ds Mark II

The 1Ds2 is in mint condition with very low shutter actuations (~23k) and higher serial number than most of the recently listed 1Ds2 (320xxx).  The 1Ds2 has been very well cared for and performs perfectly.  I'm the original and everything is included that came with it as new.

1Ds2 Auction

Canon 16-35L II

The 16-35L II was purchased new from B&H last August and used once during a family vacation.  The 16-35L II definitely a big step forward compared to the original 16-35L (which I used for previous 2 or 3 years before buying the II).  The 16-35L II looks like new and comes with all its accessories, box & papers.

Canon 28-300L IS

The 28-300L IS was purchased this past summer after taking a helicopter flight.  I realized I needed some with more reach and alot more range.  I bought the lens, but haven't had a chance to use it yet.  The 28-300L IS lens has never been outside of the house and is like-new condition.  The only blemishes I could find were a couple very, very faint rub marks on the hood.  THe 28-300L IS' performance is excellent and the new lens corrections in DPP (version 3.2) really make this lens pop.

Canon 28-300 IS Auction

Contax N 100mm F2.8 Makro-Sonnar (Auto Focus)
Converted by Conurus to EOS Mount

Bo-ming converted the 100/2.8N to the EOS mount about 6 months ago.  The functions on a Canon body just like any other Canon EF lens.  Auto focus works, auto exposure and complete EXIF data.  The 100/2.8N Makro is an exceptionally sharp lens.  Focus is dead on with my 1Ds2.

Contax N 100mm F2.8 AF Auction

Contax N 85mm F1.4 (Auto Focus)
Converted by Conurus to EOS Mount

Bo-ming just finished converting this lens a couple weeks ago.  I had purchased the lens earlier this fall and sent it off for conversion.  While that was in process I decided to buy the digital back, so bad timing on my part.  The 85N looks great and works perfectly on the 1Ds2.

John-

The CZ 100mm N Makro-Sonnar and CZ 85mm N Planar are 2 lenses I would not part with.  The quality of both lenses is amazing.  The Makro-Sonnar is just SO sharp, and the 85mm Planar has a truly luscious look.  I would be afraid that I would not be able to find replacement copies later on.  The person that gets these lenses will be in for a treat.

Somebody will get a good deal on Contax N's because I'm losing money on then at those prices...  Whether they think they got a good deal or not is a whole different story

It's a curious world - the auction with the most watchers is the 28-300L IS.  That tells you alot about the overall market.
