Came across this site this morning and thought it might be of interest to those who are traveling around the US for business or whatever and need a quick escape to make some photographs....

That's a great site. I have used it for finding hikes on many of my trips.  I live in the Washington DC area where it lists 118 hikes.  I frequently travel to Dallas Texas where the site lists 4 hikes.  I think that is probably correct because I frequently ask my coworkers in Dallas for suggestions where I could go for a little hike and see some countryside.  My question always elicits the same response--a blank stare.  After some discussion, we generally agree that the only hiking in the Dallas area is in a shopping mall. Oh well.
