Very attractive mountain; looks like a good time hiking with friends. But these are basically snapshots. Obviously the weather may limit what you can accomplish at times. The light is pretty drab. You might try to shoot in more dramatic lighting conditions, like early- or late- day sidelighting for an image you'd want to hang on your wall.
One rule of thumb is that an excellent landscape or nature photograph requires three elements: a beautiful subject, good composition, and beautiful lighting. That's why many iconic landscape photos were made by people who knew the subject intimately, returning again and again until the light and weather were perfect.
