Hello,
Is there any compatibility problems to use slim version of Heliopan polarizer (105 mm) with Lee filter holder?
Thanks

You need to get the adapter ring for the Lee filter holder. I assume you are using the correct Lee holder than holds  4x4 and/or 4x6  filters.
LEE Filters 105mm FRONT ADPTR RING f/FUNDATION KIT - LEFARPFK105

I got one and was getting ready to test out my 105mm polarizer and misplaced the adapter ring.  Mark

I just assembled the front adapter ring onto the Lee holder.. Works... I need to go out and see if there are vignetting problems.  ---- I am using B+W 105mm polarizer
