The specs for the Z3100 indicate the narrowest roll for the 24" printer is 18". However, the printer will load (after several tries) a sheet of 8.5x11 paper. Would it really not be able to load a 13" or 8.5" roll of paper?
I have several panoramas I would like to print, 8"x40," for example, and using either an 8.5" or 13" roll would make life much simpler than putting it on a 24" roll and waiting until I have enough smaller images to make it worthwhile to use 24x40" of paper.
I would prefer not to lay out the money on a narrower roll as an experiment, so I would appreciate hearing from someone who has some experience with this.
