HP B9180 Service Stall error message

Hi all.. I've already contacted HP regarding the issue and as I wait for their response, I just wanted to get an idea from you all as to what causing this error. I purchase the b9180 back in Feb 2007 and it has worked fine since. I haven't use it much and still have less than half of my original inks left. I leave it on 24/7 and every day or such I hear it do it's maintenance well since last week, on one of the maintenance runs, the display had "Service Stall, press OK to continue" and upon doing so it does its thing and just repeats itself.  I have powered it off, unplugged it, removed and reinstalled the inks to no avail. It just keeps saying "Service Stall, press OK to continue". Any one have any thoughts I could try?
