Is z3100 APS available for sale again

I recall the APS was unavailable due to some HP screw-up.  Is it back available again? Does anyone recommend a good reseller?

It now appears that colorbyte is unable to come up with RIP support for the 3100. Something about the pipeline (hardware) that keeps it from being possible. Jeeze, about a year and a half ago they told me it would be out any day.
So... it looks like the overpriced aps is the only hope for proper profiling of matte papers other than HP papers.

I bought mine at IT Supplies. Check with them for availability. Seems a little up and down with HP's supply chain.
