Toyo VX23D

Hi,
I shoot still life, mostly table top and food, with a leaf aptus back.
I am debating between the Toyo VX23D, The Cambo 23 Ultima, or converting a Sinar P2 to a P3.
Would appreciate feedback from those of you that have used the Toyo or Cambo, or have converted the Sinar to a P3.  Thanks very much!
