The cost of ink to print varies to some degree based on if you are printing B&W or deep colors and also the type of paper and paper profile you are using. But, even with tihs you can get some very accurate costs with teh Z2100 or other HP printers supported by the DesignJet COlor Center. That has a list of last jobs printed. And it will tell you the amount of ink used for a specific print you made on your printer.
